Word is a major modification to Wilder Hall @ Oberlin College went wrong with a load bearing wall being removed below WOBC-FM’s temporary 4th floor studio. Studio floor is unsafe to occupy having dropped several inches. Certainly sounds like an off air STA candidate to me…. Station was on air with limited summer schedule of Community DJs at the time…
