I used to affectionately call it our "studio in the sticks".
Now they are moving the studios to Downtown Toms River.

In the article, they are mentioning the first song as "Theme from a Summer's Place". The first song played on WOBM in 1968 was Paul Muriat's "Love is Blue". They are both instrumentals so I can see how it can be confused, but I was there during their 20th anniversary, I think we were still playing it with a note on the card indicating it.
Some fond memories of that location thanks to the talented staff who worked there over the years - and of course, the unofficial "ambassador", the Late Tom Macziak, Mr. Maze.
