WODS 103 HD

Can anyone tell me if or when WODS will put out a HD channel, I remember hearing sometime last year they were going to have a real oldies HD channel hits from 55 to 64, I have not bought an HD radio yet, I have been waiting for somthing good to listen to on HD.
BTW I was in the store sampling an HD radio, I got WTTK HD station, WXKS HD, and that was it, I know STAR 93.7 is on HD, and WJMN also has a HD channel, but the radio could not find their singals, just went to the reg. station, anyone have any info.....Thanks

Acording to hdradio.com, they do have one. It is listed as playing "50/60’s Pre-B Oldies"

I am thinking about buying one as well....just waiting for the price to come down a bit more.

Believe it or not, (according to my BA Recepter.... yes, I have one) they have yet to turn on the HD carrier on WODS. I was hoping they would have fired up the HD-2 ("Pre-Beatles format") to avoid the overdose of XMAS music on the main channel. Otherwise, only WROR's HD-2 is anything worth listening to on HD with their "All 70's" format.

On a side note: I have noticed that WWLI (105.1/Providence) has just fired up their HD. Though their audio is somewhat low. Surprising, all of the Clear Channel Providence stations had turned off their HD-2's for while. But, some of them are back.

Was the store you were in near downtown Boston? It sounds like the radio only found HD stations transmitting from the Pru. WJMN transmits from FM-128 in Newton, and 93.7 transmits from Peabody. Perhaps the radio wasn't picking up those farther stations inside the building strong enough to activate the HD, or perhaps they didn't have the radio set up with a proper antenna.
