WOGL/WBEB on Friday 11/22

I was listening to 98.1 at noon when abruptly I heard in my car a switch to Christmas music. The jingle said "Philly's B101, your Christmas music station." I noticed that the display on my radio still said 98.1 WOGL. I swiched over to 101.1 and heard the rest of the song that was supposed to play on 98.1 Briefly I heard Danny Ocean coming in loud and clear on 98.1, even though the display showed 101.1, this all lasted a few minutes. My guess this all happened due to the new studios? How does this happen? Just curious.
