WOI expanding news

I noticed on WOI's website that starting Sep. 12th, ET will be on at 6:30, with Channel 5 Eyewitness News at SIX before that. It's about time! If they're ever going to be taken seriously, I think a 6:00 newscast is key to help them along that road. Now, they need to expand their early morning news at least a half hour, to start at 5:30. Glad that they have a midday show starting at 11, I find myself watching that a lot, over 8 and 13. Now, if only they could get some new graphics and logo.

WHBF-TV4 in the Quad Cities will air 'ET' once again, also at 6:30pm starting Sept. 12th. Since WHBF and WOI-TV5 in Des Moines are co-owned, could this mean that WHBF will also air a 6pm newscast? Oh yeah, speaking of which--do you mean that WOI will air local news before and after 'World News Now', or will the local newscast just move to 6pm and fill in the 5pm timeslot with a TV show?

WOI will still have 5pm newscast, can't say that I know anything about WHBF though.

'Inside Edition' instead on WHBF

Well, it looks like I got my answer: 'Inside Edition' will move from KWQC to WHBF weeknights at 6pm followed by 'ET'. The question now is, what will KWQC replace 'IE' with?
