WOIO off a bit on 02/03/2023

I watch over-the-air TV. On Thursday 02/03/23 WOIO and WUAB, and their diginets were off-the-air from about 8:25pm until a little past 9:00pm. Channel 19.2 were in the climax of "The Andy Griffith Show" and came back on with a shot of "Pearl Bodine" (Bea Benaderet) talking on "The Beverly Hillbillies". I checked the other channels. The first 19 diginet to come back on did so, I think, before 9pm. It wasn't MeTV.
 
There was no audio during the 4pm hour on both 19 and 43 yesterday. Not sure about over-the-air, but it was through DirecTV.
