It seems like there's some "Rejoicing" in Douglas, well sort of. Apparently, the southern gospel format must not have been drawing a lot of listeners, or even revenue for that matter.
 
There are quite a few southern gospel AMs in South Georgia.At least rejoice is something different.There was a void for some kind of urban programing in Douglas and Waycross.
