WOKK Morning Show

yes,wokk was a 1000/daytime/250/nighttime, located in old wtok radio studio in wtok tv building. until eddie holiday did a swap and moved to wcoc 910 in the 70's. built a nice 5 station studio complex 4 fm's and 910 talk radio

When it was in the WTOK building, it was WTOK-AM. The WOKK call-letters came later.

Update.... Angie is leaving in two weeks after she trains Ken Stokes. Heard a promo running on the station.
 
When I worked in Meridian radio in the mid 60's, WOKK was located on one of the top floors of the Threefoot Building.
