First you fire a program director that has a great resume that never had a chance to begin with because of your lack of marketing and promoting. Then you fire your morning show that lost ratings(according to people currently in your building) due to your PPM strategy that is more music and no personality. Newsflash~ IT DOESN'T WORK! Look around you in other markets, the "more music format" works for 3-4 months and people get sick of the lack of local content and move on.
Heather was a nice gal the few times I met her but she is NOT country and not very attractive, Susan was much more of a hottie. Ever see Heather on Fox? They made it dark so you couldn't see that nose. Look, when you signed on I had faith that you would give 105.1 a run for their money. Then you ruin a good thing beginning with pushing your GM out and hiring a sales manager to GM a group of unsuccessful stations. Not a smart move, I hear she is trying to program the station now? Wow, best of luck to the remaining staff at the Wolf and the Bomb! I'm sure you'll be fine once your out of that building.

Ouch. The personal attacks necessary there, bub? And when do you have to BE country to do country?

And since when do looks mean anything in radio? I haven't met a lot of beauty contest winners (male or female) working behind the mike. Obviously you believe that looks equate to broadcasting talent.
And yes, I have a face for radio, too.
