They've actually tweaked their format around the same time Jack-FM killed oldies in New York and Chicago. I remember tuning into WOLZ's webstream thinking, "Hey, if two freakin' Muzak/EZ stations can thrive in this market, oldies HAS to be safe!" Then they started with the pop-geared "95.3 OLZ" packaging... And now they're playing "Drops of Jupiter"? Gosh, how the mighty have fallen...
WOLZ has had nothing but down books since their change, by the way. I can't stand 'em myself.
