Woman approaching stations "Broadcasting about her"

I know of stations that have been approached by a woman with a conspiracy theory.

She claims stations are helping "The State" broadcast information about her. Older woman gray hair, a towel around her neck, smelling of cigarettes and sweat.

The woman is attempting to locate stations the Radio broadcasters told her about. She is seeking low power or pirate stations that are part of a network.

This was rather scary. Anyone know her story other than the obvious? Has she been to your station?
 
Have not been visited by anyone like this but did have a phone conversation with a listener that sounds a lot like this not long ago....I listened, made the appropriate remarks at the right time and thanked her for calling...hung up and shrugged....Once I told her we had no news stories and anything that had anything to do with what she was babbling about, she more or less lost interest and hung up...
