some of the smaller AM stations in the area--Anybody know what is happening on 1500 in Boerne or 1470 in San Marcos or 1330 and 1510 in the Corpus Christi area?

Last I heard, KBRN was a Spanish Christian station whose management was getting hit with a bunch of fines from the FCC...

Not sure what's going on now. I worked there when was a MOR/Big Band station in the early 90's.

KBRN AM 1500 in Boerne has been bought by Hill Country Broadcasting in Kerrville and will be a simulcast station of KRVL 94.3 FM.
