Did anyone else read through Career Builder about the opening for a news reporter at WONE and other Rubber City stations? I am wondering if that would be full time. If any knows anything drop a line on here and let me know.

The OMW Staff of Thousands(tm) hasn't talked to Rubber City about this, but we believe it's the replacement for Daniel Hockensmith...who recently took a new job at WKSU/89.7 (Stark/Wayne County bureau chief).

Dude,
This was in the Sunday "help wanted" section of the ABJ a couple of weeks ago.
Print media. Sometimes still viable.

Be prepared to starve. The job probably starts out around $15,500.

I wouldn't count on it given the 'tone' of the response from the "XAnchor."

Maybe it's none of yours -- or anyone else's business. This part of the discussion will not continue along this route from this point on. Stop acting like "schmucks" (if I may borrow a word used in a post I deleted). I won't hesistate releasing your info for possible legal action.

If it's none of anyone's business, then maybe you should have deleted the post from the beginning and saved yourself all of the damned trouble.

Are you done? Can I get you a facial tissue? Whenever it comes to people acting like immature asses, this industry never finds itself short of filing that quota.

You're right, it's not being discussed around the RCRG complex because there is nothing to discuss! Dan out. Neil out. Company looking to fill shoes, some big, some small. No more-no less. End of story. Your rat is mis-informed.

I don't have a rat. Dan left and went to WKSU. Neil on the other hand???? Maybe he's teaming with Ronnie Duncan on WERE.
