WOOC-LP on the air

WOOC-LP, 105.3 in Troy, is apparently on the air. I've heard them for most of the last week, repeating the same few cuts of foreign music with an automated ID thrown in. The LPFM signal was pretty clean all the way down to Albany.

What sort of "foreign music"?
 
Didn't this used to be a jesus station? I recall that there was on in the Albany area on 105.3 that used to disrupt my reception of the former WEBK in Killington, Vt...
