Easton, WA is no mans land. There are probably 15 customers if that. FM is quiet as well - Ellensburg especially KXLE 95.3, some multipathed Seattle stuff, maybe KISM, maybe KFFM 107.3, KPQ 102.1 Wenatchee, and that's about the whole dial. Heck the school is K-12 with only about 80 students, maybe!

And of those 6 channels on their "digital cable" two of them are repeated on the main lineup (History on 38 and 138, Cartoon Network on 39 and 139). But it appears that the 4 remaining digital channels were once on the main tier as channels 32, 40, 43 and 98 are skipped on this lineup (add 100 to each of these numbers and you have the digital channel number).

Suddenlink in Senecaville OH (Columbus DMA) thinks it's in the Zanesville DMA, as only WHIZ is carried in HD and none of the Columbus stations. Also, it's a "semi-cursed" system with several HD channels but no HD premiums.

Eastlink - Richards Landing, ON (just east of Sault Ste. Marie ON)

Very few channels, plus choosing to import American network affiliates from Detroit, Buffalo, and Rochester when there are Big Four affiliates (all of them when DT2 subchannels are included) with sticks less than 20 miles away. I wouldn't be surprised if this system doesn't have digital equipment to pick them up. Other nearby cable systems are guilty of that as well.

Some Comcast cursed systems.
Brown City, MI (Detroit DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/brown-city?zip=48453&mso=08010&store=1&lineupid=USA-MI54430-DEFAULT
Deckerville, MI (Detroit DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/de...so=08010&store=1&lineupid=USA-MI54747-DEFAULT

Yale, MI (Detroit DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/yale?zip=48097&mso=08010&store=1&lineupid=USA-MI21596-DEFAULT

Mediacom has some as well.
Marcellus, MI (South Bend DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/marcellus?zip=49067&mso=14520&store=1&lineupid=USA-MI55173-DEFAULT
Mendon, MI (Grand Rapids DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/mendon?zip=49072&mso=14520&store=1&lineupid=USA-MI21651-DEFAULT

Some independents:
Big River Properties (Irons, MI) (Traverse City DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/irons?zip=49644&mso= &store=1&lineupid=USA-MI68414-DEFAULT – Carries the Big 4 Grand Rapids stations and missing the in-market ABC and PBS stations
Crystal CATV (Crystal, MI) (Grand Rapids DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/crystal?zip=48818&mso= &store=1&lineupid=USA-MI61184-DEFAULT – Crystal shares a school district with Carson City, which doesn’t have cable coverage at all despite a population of around 1,200
Golden Communications (Irons, MI) (Traverse City DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/irons?zip=49644&mso= &store=1&lineupid=USA-MI67350-X

Lewiston Communications (Lewiston, MI) (Traverse City DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/lewiston?zip=49756&mso= &store=1&lineupid=USA-MI55488-DEFAULT
Summit Digital (LeRoy, MI) (Traverse City DMA): http://www.zap2it.com/tvlistings/leroy?zip=49655&mso= &store=1&lineupid=USA-MI69735-DEFAULT

Full Channel in Bristol Co., RI as an alternate provider to Cox, though this system has been in the community for 30 years while Cox came in about 10 years ago to compete.

Here's their basic lineup: http://fullchannel.com/cable/stdplus_lineup.pdf
And their digital lineup: http://fullchannel.com/cable/digital_lineup.pdf

I will say it has improved quite a bit since Cox came in 10 years ago, though they still have a few significant channels missing. Note they don't carry the local PBS in HD, and are missing a few significant cable channels as well.

In Canada it doesnt work that way. The CRTC has a list of cities that cable companies can use for US Nets and all are on Satellite (Via CANCOM). Detroit, Buffalo, Seattle and Spokane are the Big 4 cities. Rochester, NY Fox has been on the list for years. In fact in Thunder Bay they had to petition to the CRTC to be allowed to change from Detroit to Minneapolis for US Nets.

In Winnipeg as example they have
WCCO Minneapolis CBS
WDAZ Grand Forks ABC
PBS Grand Forks
KARE Mpls NBC
FOX Rochester, NY
