These four systems may have shut down. I couldn't get anything on the Mediacom site or the FCC's Cable Search.
This system was bought by Cass Cable and merged with their Beardstown system:

While Mediacom has packed up and left, Crab Orchard is served by another cursed system: Wilcop Cable. No CW here!

Oddly, they carry CBC via CBAT (!!) yet carry none of the Thunder Bay stations (CTV, Global, TVO; I don't think their OTA signal reaches Grand Marais)

I was referring to the Thunder Bay signals not reaching Grand Marais
Which is odd as Mediacom carried CBMT Montreal in their NorthEastern MN systems (Hibbing, Virginia, Grand Rapids, Nashwauk, Eveleth etc) for a long time. Guide listings still reflect CBMT
As for the Mediacom system in Cook, MN back in July 2017 the city bought back the "Mediacom building" as noted on page 3 under "old business"

Summit Digital in Leroy, MI is still analog only, but it has updated its lineup a little bit: http://www.summitdigital.net/LeroyMi.php
