Cox Midland AR (Sebastian County - Fort Smith-Fayetteville DMA)
http://tvschedule.zap2it.com/tvlist...AR67817:-&isDescriptionOn=true&aid=tvschedule
But when you enter ZIP code 72945 on cox.com, it gives you the full Fort Smith lineup:
https://www.cox.com/content/dam/cox/residential/documents/tv/channel-lineup/arkansas/cl_ft_smith.pdf

Apparently Midland now gets the full Fort Smith lineup per Zap2it and cox.com:
https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...18-11-04T02:00Z&dstOffset=-300&stdOffset=-360
https://www.cox.com/wcm/cl/Fort-Smith-Arkansas.pdf

Hard to believe this used to be a separate system.

Suddenlink Pahrump NV (Nye County - Las Vegas DMA). Decent SD lineup and some HD channels, but no ESPN2 HD, no PPV or VOD and only local PBS, FOX and ABC in HD. And that's despite Pahrump having a population of 36,441.
http://tvschedule.zap2it.com/tvlist...NV55011:X&isDescriptionOn=true&aid=tvschedule

Suddenlink just added CBS and NBC Las Vegas in HD. Otherwise, not much change.
https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...18-11-04T02:00Z&dstOffset=-420&stdOffset=-480

Time Warner in Salineville, OH (Columbiana County - Youngstown DMA). No HD, limited digital cable, 39 analog channels, and doesn't really know which market it is in. KDKA (CBS), WPGH (FOX), WPMY (MNT), WPXI (NBC), WQED (PBS), and WTAE (ABC) come from Pittsburgh. WFMJ (NBC), WKBN (CBS), WNEO (PBS), and WYTV (ABC) come from Youngstown. WTOV (NBC) comes from Steubenville: http://www.zap2it.com/rmp/tvgrid/tvgridprint?lineupid=USA-OH34467-X&tz=US/Eastern&time=0

No CW from any market, not even in-market WFMJ-DT2. Also no WYFX-LD (FOX). I entered Salineville's ZIP code (43945) on timewarnercable.com and it said "Try another ZIP code". It's like they think this system doesn't exist.

I did some research, and it turns out Salineville is served by Crystal Broadband. Either Time Warner sold the system or Zap2it got the company wrong.
http://crystalbn.com/prod/printlineup.php?r=43945

This system was just bought by Ohio-based MCTV and got a massive upgrade. Mostly Youngstown channels in HD (including CW), but also has PBS HD from Pittsburgh.

Two bad Spectrum systems in Calhoun County TX (Houston DMA, but should be in Victoria)

Port O'Connor: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...19-11-03T02:00Z&dstOffset=-300&stdOffset=-360
Only Houston's Big 3, PBS and MNT are carried, along with ABC and FOX Victoria.

Seadrift: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...19-11-03T02:00Z&dstOffset=-300&stdOffset=-360
Has Corpus Christi's Big 3 and PBS, plus ABC and FOX Victoria.

No digital or HD on either system, and both have premium channels in the 2-13 range.

Eagle Cablevision in Remer, MN

13 channels
2 TNT
3 CNN
4 WGN
5 TBS
6 KARE (NBC)
7 ABC FAMILY
8 ESPN
9 KAWE (PBS)
10 DISCOVERY
11 FS NORTH
12 KCCW (CBS)
13 WDIO (ABC)
15 USA

14 USE to be FoxNet (yes the same Foxnet in areas where there was no Fox near there). When it was dropped they never tried to pick up Fox OTA (actually you would need a pretty elaborate setup to pick it up)

Thats actually not bad.

Atlantic Broadband bought the system and will make upgrades to it:

Here are two Cox systems in Arizona that could use some upgrading:

Tombstone/Cochise County
http://media.cox.com/support/print_media/tv/cls/arizona/cl_tombstone.pdf

This system closed in 2017.

In addition to Huachuca City, the communities of Whetstone and Tombstone will be affected by Cox’s decision to discontinue its cable service.

Tombstone council approved the contract termination at its Feb. 14 meeting, while Whetstone — an unincorporated area — will need a vote from the Cochise County Board of Supervisors, said Michelle Bolton, director of government relations for Cox Communications Southwestern region.

Martell Cable's lineup from their website: http://www.martellcable.com/services.php

The lineup is from 2015 or 2016. Here is their Zap2it lineup: https://tvlistings.zap2it.com/api/p...19-11-03T02:00Z&dstOffset=-240&stdOffset=-300

This small company is based in Vermontville, MI (Eaton County - Lansing DMA) and also serves Nashville, MI (Barry County - Grand Rapids DMA). The two communities share a school district as well.

Those two towns don't even show up on the FCC's Cable Search. This company may be in trouble with the state:

Considering this is Minnesota, and the Minnesota Vikings would be on Fox most of the time, this would be bad to not have FOX. Certainly bad for the die hard sports fan who'd have to get satellite TV just to watch their games.

I dont know if the system even exists anymore. zap2it/screener doesnt list it. Looking at the Telco (Johnson Telco) they parter with Consolidated Telephone (not Consolidated cable) in Brainerd on something called "skitter Tv" which is basically a IPTV cloud based product. You get a Roku and they have 3 options. locals + religious/shipping, Prime is the main programming and total is the upper package. There is a cloud based DVR available with 100 hrs + the option to add more storage

https://skitter.tv/

The JTC website says you need a box for $7 but the CTC site says a free roku
http://www.jtccompanies.com/2019_Monthly_Subscription_Prices_-_Single.pdf
https://www.goctc.com/residential/ctctv/skittertv/

So I think Eagle Cablevision is dead....

I work for a company that provides services to telephone co-ops and small telecoms like this. So I have heard of Skitter, we are starting to see more use of that service pop up all around the country. Makes a lot of sense to me, it feels like it would be a lot less infrastructure to support than the traditional cable systems require. And for the smaller companies, less infrastructure requirements means they can spend more on the actual service/channels themselves.
