Worst regionalized Christmas song rip off?

Too much heavy news going on so here's a lighter topic. What's the worst Christmas song re-made with local references?
My vote is for Walking in Seattle's Latteland by Duffy Bishop. Warm 106.9 is playing it often and it's horrible...

It's pretty dated, I'll say. When espresso stands can now be found in Omaha as well, the song has lost a bit of it's edge. That's the trouble with regionalized Christmas songs, they never age well. You can't hear "Christmas In The Northwest" Brenda White without checking the calendar, just to make sure you haven't accidently warped back to 1985.

And don't even get me started on that Christmas record Rick Hansen made for KJR in the '70s. Luckily, it said the KJR call letters enough to keep it off 106.9......

The "12 Days of Coffee Christmas" aren't much better.
