Worst Stations and Markets for Local TV

WOPC (23) in Altoona, PA was so bad that:
1. KDKA (which wasn't carried full time on the Altoona cable system) had more viewers than WOPC in Blair County
2. The local cable system threatened to pull it from the lineup
The two above points are from a 1985 article that was cited on its successor's Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WATM-TV

Thankfully, not long after 1985, it was bought by wealthier ownership and first turned into a satellite of then-new WWCP (as WWPC) before returning to ABC as WATM (after a big power increase) a couple of years later.
