WOTM-LD 35 is back

I remember them over 20 years ago as the tiny LPTV out of Montevallo that had a hodgepodge of local TV programming and was carried by Birmingham cable TV. After fading from view it's back...sort of. The networks ID correctly on PSIP, but the channel shows up as 35 and not 19 on my set.
For what it's worth:
35.1 HSN, 35.2 QVC, 35.3 HSN2, 35.4 QVC2, 35.5 QVC3, 35.6 Dabl.
Dabl and most of the teleshopping networks are already duplicated throughout the area on other subchannels, so we'll see how long this lasts.

35 is W18ET-D in Birmingham. WOTM-LD should be airing local programming on 19.1 and have two blank subchannels. At least that's what it was last time someone was able to pick it up. It's transmitting from Double Oak Mountain now. Funny story, but apparently they had a permit to move from Montevallo/Alabaster to a site off Meadowbrook Parkway in Inverness. The engineer mistakenly built the facility on Double Oak Mountain instead, and when the owners found out, they had to sign off since it was not right. They had to re-apply and get approved to sign back on from Double Oak Mountain. That happened in February if I remember right.
