Would First Broadcasting buy the Salem stations?

They just did a major modification in Dallas, moving KMGS from 1150 1kw day/6w night to 1160 35kw day/1kw night. Not a great nighttime signal, but a pretty impressive improvement.

Could they be looking to do the same here with WBOB's night signal or maybe WTSJ's signal?

Or will it be Randy?

Salem just modified their 1160 station in Chicago to 50kw day and nights but it didn't help WBOB as much as I thought, with the night time signal. I wonder if it could be possible to move WBOB to 1150? I don't know what First could do if anything to improve 1050 daytime or night time signals. Maybe it will be a trade off with First Broadcasting as Salem just did in Orlando. I'd like to see what Randy would do with either station though. It would be interesting.

First off, let me say I know next to nothing about AM antennas/towers and such, but I would think that a move of WBOB to 1150 might affect Family Stations' WCUE in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio (Near Akron) and CKOC Hamilton, Ontario, both which are also on 1150 AM.

WBOB cant Move to 1150 due to 1150 WIMA in Lima owned by Clear Channel and im pretty Sure CC wouldnt kill of WIMA to help a Rival in Cincinnati even if Randy Michaels Owned it
