Would this be a stretch for Coast: Seacrest "in"

On Air With Ryan Seacrest rolls out this spring (that's now) courtesy of Premiere (a CC subsidiary).
Yes it's a CHR show but it's a morning show and probably not all that music driven.
Given that consistency has never been that much of a factor on 93.3 anyway does anyone think CC Providence could have this show up their sleeve for WSNE? Either of the Coast morning duo could move to afternoon drive.
There were rumors of Whoopi replacing Joanie and the Coast morning crew a while back and as most predicted would happen, Whoopi's radio show is toast, but Whoopi is Whoopi and Seacrest is Seacrest and he's hot right now.
Given that I still don't think he'd pull big numbers but the show would be one more cost cutting measure.
Personally while I think something needs to be done about the Coast morning show I'd hate to see this happen but a lot of things I hated to see happen happened anyway.
Any opinions given what you know about what's been happening in Providence radio?

Seacrest is NOT being offered as a morning show. It's being offered as 1P - 4P or 4P - 7P. They are going to chop up his morning show and re-produce the content for the aforementioned times, with local wraps for the stations that carry it.

and he's west coast, so the monday stuff would be over 48 hours old and the rest of the week would be 18 hour or so delay....not good

I knew that. LOL. Actually I just found it out cruising one of the other boards.
BUT maybe it's their answer to afternoons
We'll let the programming minds there come up with their answer for mornings

The content would be from that day. It's not going to be a news-driven show...more entertainment gossip/celebs type of show. For as much as I wanted to hate his show on KIIS/L.A., I do enjoy listening and he is talented. Do I think it's the answer for every CHR or Hot AC? Of course not, but the guy does have some talent.

See: American Idol, AT 40, E! News, Fill Ins for Larry King, New Year's Rockin Eve, the opening of an enevlope...:)
Seriously, good for him. he should get as much face time as possible and it appears he's doing it; but realize, the failure of the "Ryan Seacrest Show" was not for a reason....(are you hearing me Premiere/Clear Channel!?!)
