Would y'all do me a favor?

*Please let me know what Houston TV starts going wall-to-wall on Rita, and,

*Let me know when the TV websites start streaming live coverage.

My girlfriend from Houston is evacuating up to where I live, and I know would be interested in watching some local coverage.

Thanks!

G

KHOU is already streaming its local newscasts. Wall to Wall will probably start tomorrow.<P ID="signature">______________

TXCN cable usually carries local Houston station news feed when there is a disaster. They even carried WWL TV a few weeks ago after Katrina.

BTW....FM News Channel 97.5 is promoting that they're streaming thru the storm. Not sure if any of the other stations are going wall to wall streaming.

KTRH has been streaming their programming for quite awhile. They also moved the Astros over to KBME so they can go wall to wall. Everybody be safe.

Listening to the Stream of CC's KTRH is Gone Wall to Wall Rita Coverage suspending any Syndicated Programing they do have. Minus Astros Baseball last nite and probly today's Game as well unless they move it over to KBME or KPRC

KPRC channel 2 (NBC) was wall-to-wall today. KHOU channel 11 (CBS) and KTRK channel 13 (ABC) were wall-to-wall except for primetime network programming.

Though as the storm gets closer, you can count on them both scotching their prime-time shows starting tonight (9/22). You can also count on the indies and smaller network stations going to their own coverage, joining a big-4 station, or leaving the air, depending on where exactly the storm goes.
