1. Remove the current morning show from WiLD 105.7/96.7 and do more music mornings until something (or someone) more beneficial to the station can be found (and still keep mornings more music intensive even if some good [local] talent is found)?

2. V103 adopt a hour long specialty (weekend) mixshow featuring new, current, and exclusive urban style pop or rhythmic hits & house vibes (where things like Taio Cruz, Tinie Tempah, Black Eyed Peas, Mann, Jason Derulo, LMFAO, Jay Sean..etc. can be heard) with some r&b/hip hop?

I'll just leave it at those two ideas for now.
