WOXL in HD?

I was driving back through from a weekend in Winston-Salem today, and heard WOXL for a while. I heard a liner saying "Now Broadcasting in HD Radio". I didn't realize they were doing this...looks like they beat everybody else in the Asheville market. Does anybody know if they have plans for HD-2 in Ashevegas? And, does this mean their new 105 signal will sign on in IBOC when it moves? I'll have to remember to take my HD Radio with me next time and see how it sounds.

One more thing...when did WOXL abandon their jingles? I was disappointed...I listened for almost 45 minutes and didn't hear a single one. To me, jingles are a major part of an oldies station. They were using Rapid Fire from Tony Griffin Productions...the same jinglles I use on my Oldies station...and it's a great package. I thought it really filled it out well. Anybody else notice their absence?

I noticed on the Ibiquity HD radio listings that they were....They still was beat out by WMIT who has been HD for almost a year. It also showed WMYI 102.5 as HD also. I guess it's time to put aluminum foil on my rabbit ears! :D
