WPAD Paducah Drops ESPN Radio, Adds FM Translator

Bristol wanted to air Dan Patrick, which is carried by Fox Sports Radio. WPAD used to carry DP when it was an ESPN affiliate for a brief time.

Plus, they've had the FM translated for a few years.

For some reason, I thought the translator was new. Anyway, the broadcast schedule looks something like this:

5–8am - Fox Sports Daybreak with Andy Furman & Artrell Hawkins (Fox Sports Radio)
8-11am - The Dan Patrick Show (Fox Sports Radio)
11am-2pm - The Jim Rome Show (CBS Sports Radio)
2-5pm - The Doug Gottlieb Show (CBS Sports Radio)
5-9pm - Weekday Evening Show with Chris & Brian (CBS Sports Radio)
9pm-1am - Ferrall on the Bench (CBS Sports Radio)
1-5am - The DA Show (CBS Sports Radio)

WPAD also carries University of Louisville Cardinals games.

More U of L fans than you think. If it wasn't successful, they wouldn't have been airing U of L sports for the past few years. Sister stations 94-3 WKYX and Willie 102.1 carry UK.
