WPAZ - LAST TIME IT MADE IT IN ARBITRON ? WHY FALLEN?

I have been looking into the possibility of acquiring WPAZ but do wonder if it's time has passed. The night signal is very weak and WEEU does a great job with local talk.

Brokered radio may work but my question is, "Are there any other popular formats that are missing in this region?"

Plug in a good box, play some music that everyone knows. Do a live Morning Show and LOTS of community stuff. Seriously.

Run it slim for a bit. Keep expenses down.
 
Maybe it's timee to go back to real radio. Those full service stations. Give folks a homesy station that they can call thier own. You want to position it as unique and not cookie cutter. Take a shot go for it. Have fun.
