WPAZ Preservation Association

Per March 31 article in the Pottstown Mercury, two area men are hoping to generate funds to purchase WPAZ-1370 from Great Scott Broadcasting and return it to the air with local community programming. WPAZ went dark on Dec 10. Details are on their WPAZ Preservation Association website (www.wpazpa.org) which also has a link to their Facebook page.

I've noticed that WEEU Reading has been running TV ads on the WFMZ "Berks Edition" news that they are 'the new local radio voice of the Rt. 422 corridor'.
With the number of rush hour commuters on that stretch it is a potential captive audience.
