Re: automation, as I said in another thread, I was speaking generally, not specifically, as in not pointing out one station. Voice tracking (which I didn't even address in my previous comment) and subsequent automation, I know of an example back home, where one of my radio mentors (who has been at the same station since I was almost a year old, 'til now) handles everything from his home, doing a daily morning show and programming the station, including putting a preacher's weekly tapes (yes) into the system, for Sunday morning airing. I'm saying overall, from what I've seen, non-community ownership and automation are squelching community radio/involvement.
