WPBZ Mornings....

It looks as if they are adding a female to the show. Those guys on there now are young and have a lot momentum going. Should be interesting. Any thought?

Hey, be happy you have a local morning show. Everyone's tastes are different. Only on local radio will you get the update for breaking news that could involve you or someone you love. Without local radio, you would miss out on the who, what, when, where in the area.
I know my world changed as a listener/sales when the crap that happened at my station http://www.radio-info.com/smf/index.php/topic,87412.0.html The wrong person was fired, and the problem stayed. Give Smitty, Roper, and Randi another chance. :'(

they could've done better.

Not exactly sure what you mean by 'better'....Both Loper and Smitty (aka "Whisker Bizkit") have worked at the Buzz in the past and are already recognized by that audience.

Not sure about the implication there... Don't all (good) jocks start as interns?

I used to work for the guys across the street and I still found Loper and Whisker to be talented (interns).

They came from mornings in another market. They had their AM stripes before they got back. And from what I have seen, they did as well in the last market.
