WPDH 101.5 Legal ID Question

The other day I was listening to WPDH and heard them give their legal ID as "Hudson Valley, New York" instead of "Poughkeepsie, New York".is this legal?
Stand corrected...just heard their legal ID with Poughkeepsie & Jeffersonville, NY. The other day I must have heard an extra ID they're using besides the legal ID.
