wpen hd-3

Seems like they are running the main signal on their new HD-3, but the scroll comes up Foreign Language. Don't know how long they had this HD-3 up but has to be less than a month because I usually check out all the HD's a few times a month to see what is going on. WPEN has to have the weakest HD's out of every signal in the area outside of WXTU and WXPN, which are a bit stronger. Would be nice to put Standards or simulcast WMID, if WOGL can even think the Phillies 24/7/365 on their HD-4 is really necessary, than WMID or Standards would be a nice choice on WPEN HD-3, is anyone even listening to Classical on the HD-2.

97.5-HD3 will be the source for the 97.1 Translator very soon. It's going to be Spanish CHR:

That's bad news, so many other good things could of been utilized on that frequency, why this?....I was wondering how long it would be religious with 103.5 covering the same area out of Aston PA. As the OP stated, Standards or Real Good Time Classic Oldies would of been a much better choice, if a big signal like 104.5 flopped big time, what makes anyone think this will work.
