How can they even attempt to try to compete with WIP and not have Bruno on?
Rome's marketting machine is obviously desperate to get him on ANYWHERE, but he'll fail in Philly with that awful punk talk. Bruno is a Philly legend and CAN and will get ratings. WFAN doesn't matter because people in Philly hate New York - and "the game" sucked because they had bad shows. WIP won't lose, but if WPEN does it right, they can take some of the talk radio pie in a city with a tired 1-trick pony station has no competition. Phila. may be the only major city in America with no real talk shows and thus WIP thrives. With Stern going away, the move is brilliant! 25-54 men will now have a choice.
> Philadelphia will get a new sports station October 3rd, when
