WPGH to add evening newscast produced by WPXI

Why can't WPGH bring back in house news production. Pittsburgh is the largest FOX affiliate TV market and the largest TV market outside the BIG 3 (ABC, CBS, NBC) networks that doesn't produce their own newscast.
