WPHX Signal

I have noticed over the last month or so that WPHX 92.1's signal from Sanford has been much weaker. I mean radio-locator (even as unreliable in coverage maps) shows their signal should be pushing like a local in Biddeford just 15 miles away but yet it's sounding weaker day by day. I was also driving around Old Orchard Beach today and it sounded like with the amount of power that they have were actually broadcasting from the city of Portsmouth their target market which I imagine is getting just as bad of a signal there then it is here unless they have moved the tower off Mount Rialto and further south and I just never heard about it. I wouldn't be suprised though if they downgraded WPHX by snagging some of it's equipment and using it to upgrade the main signal in Boston LOL.
