WPHY Exclusive?

Does ESPN radio have exclusive rights to the BCS games? I see in the Inquirer today that the Penn State - Florida State game will be on WPHY tonight. Guess that means the PSU team of Steve Jones & Jack Ham can't call the game on the PSU radio affiliates (WFIL, etc.). They were allowed on when PSU played in bowl games outside the BCS system. On the pro level, when the Eagles were in the Super Bowl last year (and a million miles away from this season) flagship station WYSP was allowed to run the Eagles game with Merill & Mike but the affiliates were not permitted to run this.

Having the Orange Bowl on WPHY also means no radio coverage of the game in some areas that don't get 920 at night, although you could get the tv sound of Ch. 6 on 87.9. WNPV runs ESPN radio all evening/night and is also a regular PSU network affiliate so maybe they can run it also.
