I tried to add this to the Boston board seeing it gets many more hits but the moderators removed it.

The new owner, John Morrison (head of K-Zone Media) also owns the Collegiate Futures League baseball team, the Wachusett Dirt Dawgs that plays their home games at Doyle Field in Leominster.
According to the article:
"I will be forming a local advisory committee to gather input on the station after the purchase is completed to give local community leaders the opportunity to tell us how we can best serve our listeners," Mr. Morrison said. "As WPKZ personality Ray C. has highlighted for me, the station has quite a broadcast history, and I look forward to the opportunity to add a new chapter."
