WPLJ 95.5 HD 70s & 80s Off the air ?

[size=10pt]Does anyone have any news why WPLJ HD 2 & HD 3 are currently not broadcasting or sometimes broadcasting at very low power ?
I haven't been able to receive their broadcast over a month now so was wondering why they might be off the air most of the time.

Could it be they have decided to drop their 70s & 80s format on HD 2 & HD 3 for a new format yet to be announced ? Also it should be mentioned that their 70s & 80s HD 2 & HD 3 broadcast was nothing but a loop of the same 70s & 80s songs on both HD channels.

Doesn't seem much effort was put into this format which might mean why the format failed to continue as of today.

Any comments or news of the status of WPLH HD 2 & HD 3 ?

I live in Brooklyn and as I type this I'm getting a clear signal of PLJ's 70's and 80's channel. Sometimes they go off the air but it's usually a day. Where are you located? What radio are you using? I'm using the Radiosophy HD-100.

I'm located in South Queens...I have a Boston Recepter HD Radio....interesting enough I found Boston Recepter now selling a refurbished radio way below the price i paid at $74.99

At first I thought the HD 2 & 3 might of been my location as I recently moved or could have been the radio itself but i had asked a friend to check and was told of the same problem.
I'll need to test again as my radio currently is not connected to a antenna. Can you recommend a good HD radio antenna and where I might want one ? Thanks.

Hate to break it to ya, but re-read that ad for the $75 HD radio. It isn't HD...but the one for $199 is!
