WPLK 800AM Ratings

Does anyone know why WPLK 800AM out of Palatka does not appear in Jacksonville Ratings any longer? I spent some time in Jax beach/St Augustine in November, and really enjoyed the format. Considering the same satellite format down in Sebring pulls very high ratings and the demographics are very similar , especially along the coast, why are they absent from the ratings?
