WPLM AM applies for downgrade

Drove through Plymouth last night just after midnight and put on WPLM 1390. Heard a pre-recorded woman talking about some local Plymouth political issues, She said it was a "podcast" but I couldn't catch further identification. Modulation was extremely low, had to crank the volume to hear her, anyone would have had to really seek it out to find it.
The weak night signal became overcome by a jumble of weak distant skywaves by only a couple of miles north of the towers, it was gone by Duxbury.
