WPMR Lp

It looks like in March of 2010 WPMR filed for a move to 99.7 due to noise problems on the frequency but that application was dismissed & permit canceled. They tried again in January of last year to move to 99.7 sighting interference and coverage overlap from 95.5 in Hackleburg, but again the permit was canceled. The last application that was granted was a license renewal for 95.7. There is NO granted application or license on file with the FCC for a move to 99.7 so if they are broadcasting from that frequency it appears they are doing so illegally.
