I've never seen ratings published for this area, SchuylkillCounty. In fact -- if my facts are actually straight, lol -- I don't think they even TAKE ratings for here; that some methodology is distributed in Schuylkill but gets applied to count in adjacent markets like WB-Scranton, Allentown, Reading etc.
WHP isn't exactly a traffic-stopping gangbuster here in North-Central Schuylkill. The muse here is that WHP would show up well in county places like Pine Grove, Hegins and Tremont, much the same way that KYW 1060 would place in Orwigsburg, Schuylkill Haven and Deer Lake.
Similarly-formatted to WHP, AMer WAEB 790 Allentown is a veritable beacon (only in the day) in the most densely populated radius, that of around county seat Pottsville. Methinks WAEB would tend to interest any stray AM radio Skooks who might be out of WHP's range. WHP is 'there' on the dial, but not as present as WAEB despite its generous spot on the dial.
