Central Jersey wprb hd3 vs wkxw hd2

Anyone else notice that WPRB HD3 (WOLD) is much stronger, no drops, strong signal than WKXW HD2 (beach radio). WKXW has more HD power, more height and on a better HD2 vs HD3, why is this? I'm in the Philly metro...
