wpro-fm iboc back on

WPRO-FM has its IBOC back on. No longer get WXRV clear south of Avon/Stoughton.
Does anyone know when an adjaicent station con complain to the FCC for IBOC sideband interference? Is it within its 54 dbu contour or 60 dbu contour?

Yes, that's true, PRO-FM is a Providence station, but it's IBOC being back on does have an impact on WXRV, a station in the Boston market.

Eyeballing the 54 dBu Contour Maps at FCC.gov it looks that, while there is a significant degree of overlap on the south side of the city, the Avon Area seems to be a bit beyond WXRV's projected reach.
