The FCC has ordered WPRX 1120 AM to pay its $7,000 fine for failure to renew its license.

Station owner Oscar Nieves claims he can't pay because he filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. And he never got any renewal notice from the FCC because he didn't tell the FCC the station's new mailing address. The FCC told him he should've known when the license was going to expire.


Not telling the FCC your new mailing address? Boy this Nieves character keeps digging himself deeper and deeper.
