Nassau has begun its Chapter 7 liquidation by selling its most valuable asset, 94.5 PST. It has been sold to Michael Oaks of Beaverton, Oregon. He's going to relaunch 94.5 The Vibe in New Jersey, after unfortunate circumstances forced it off the air in Las Vegas.

The day 94.5 goes dance is the day 106.3/106.5 goes back to Alternative. :p
