WPTA Fort Wayne facing the layoff rumors

A friend on Facebook (I won't name names) had a list that included 2 engineers, the IT manager, 6 master control operators, the marketing and promotions coordinator, a commercial producer and the creative services director.
Don't think Quincy gives a damn about the upcoming holiday...but they better give a big damn about the on air product. Not the best at news, even if they've changed their approach about it. Live video on 21.2 from NBC is choppy at times (I've read that they have issues with the transmission system...don't know what they've got there on Butler Road,) but if the bosses in Illinois think they're making progress, they may want to think again.
