WPVN carrying RTV?

While browsing another thread on this board about RTV, I went to RTV's website, and RTV's website says that Polnet's WPVN-LD is carrying their channel. It doesn't give a specific channel, just that WPVN is an RTV affiliate. For those who can get WPVN OTA, can anyone confirm that WPVN is actually carrying RTV? It seems odd that Polnet would carry an all English language network on a subchannel, as they're primarily focussing their programming to the Polish speaking viewers (and listeners for their radio stations). Maybe they're the only station willing to carry RTV as Weigel would have been the most logical choice, but they're very much committed to their MeTV & MeToo stations. Everyone else also doesn't seem to show interest in RTV either. If it's true, then maybe when I get a better set of antennas for VHF & UHF (not using VHF/UHF combo antennas next time around), I wonder if I'll be lucky to get WPVN-LD, despite their signal being up in Schaumburg, and Gary Indiana being outside of their coverage area.

I think RTV would be workable with some effort. You certainly have shows that are with RTV that Weigel doesn't own.

Even Weigel isn't as aggressive as they used to be in programming with airing different shows and trying new things. They seemed to have settled down to a comfortable schedule in the last year and a half and especially since moving comedy to ME-TV and drama to Me-TOO.

Most Polish people also speak English to various degrees and the Polish people I know (I live in Chicago's NW side which has a lot of Poles) do like to study and practice their English.

Any immigrant that comes to the United States needs to know English to get around in life. I have seen some programs on Polvision that are in Polish with English subtitles. Even so, I wouldn't have thought that Polnet would pickup the network. No one else shows interest in the network. I don't know how well it'll do when it does come on. I read on another board that WPVN-LD has yet to add RTV, but supposedly has plans to add it on their subchannel. Most channels are in test mode. I'm just curious as to how much programming on 24.1 will actually be Polish. If I'm not mistaken, one of the subchannels airs polskie radio.
