WPYR 1380 (Ex WYNK-AM) sold for $350k!!!

According to reports in Taylor on radio (radio-info) the sale of WPYR has been consumated by the FCC from Clear Channel to 6 Johnson road to a Michael Glinter of South Carolina.

Apprarently it was a deal where 6 Johnson road would get a few stations from Clear Channel and once that sell went thru with the FCC blessing, then WPYR now owned by 6 Johnson Road was sold to Michael Glinter for $350k

No word yet on if the gospel that is said to be the current format will last or it will be gone once Glinter takes over

Is this the same Michael Glinter that owns all the christian stations in the Pensacola / Mobile area? (WNVY, WASG. WGCX, WVTJ, WIJD, etc.)

Follow up:
Never mind, I clicked on the FCC links and see that it is the same Glinter that owns stations in Pensacola and Mobile.

what type of christian stations does he own? SG , UG, CCM, Talk?
I'm not that savvy on my recognition of christian formants, but I think he has all of those. He had Southern Gospel on 1230 Pensacola, but just sold that station to the Catholics. He currently has christian talk/preaching (610), black gospel (1070) and what I believe is CCM (on WGCX) in Pensacola. I'm not sure what he's airing in Mobile. I believe he has several outstanding CPs for new AMs across south Alabama and North West Florida. His stations have a less than perfect presentation. Frequently his stations, covering the same area, will start simulcasting each other and blanket the AM band with the same christian talk programming.

After doing a quick web search, he may have recently sold some more of his Mobile/Pensacola properties. Most of the websites are down. The only one I found alive was for WGCX.
