WQEW IBOC hash from 1533 to 1587

WQEW Radio Disney turned their hash generator on again and it's sidebands are worse than ever and it's audio is distorted and sounds like it's coming out of an old telephone receiver. I wonder if there is an extra-hash position on their IBOC grinder? This is in central Ma.

Disney in La Grange, IL, (Chicago rimshot WNDZ on 1300) is still clean and sounds nice both day and night
since iboc-off. Sorry to hear about the malicious interference from whatever it is they call it on 1560 NYC these days.

I used to realy enjoy "The Big Broadcast" on WQEW 1560 Sunday nights back in the 90s.
Sounded real nice, but had some deep long fades.

Just in case you didn't know, "The Big Broadcast" with Rich Conaty has been on WFUV Sunday nights since leaving WQEW in 1997.

It's available at this link:

If you are into "antique" recordings, check out WFMU's offering:

Again, just in case you, or somebody else reading this post, didn't know.
